3R = Reduce, Refine, Replace Animal Experimentations
Dear User,

Welcome to the 3R Research Foundation training course.

Are you interested in particular topics associated with animal experiments for biomedical research and development or for testing the safety and quality of chemicals?

If so, these two modules should be of interest to you: the “3R” and “legal” module (however, the legal module is currently under construction).
We hope you enjoy the texts and pictures for each topic.
The program is only guaranteed to work flawlessly with Microsoft “Internet Explorer”.

Would you like to put your expertise to the test?
Just click on “Continuing Education” / "To the test” to take the “3R Test or “Legal Test”. The test is free of charge and you may repeat it as many times as you please and wherever you wish. You may also quit for the time being and resume the same test later (your answers will be saved). Read the info page and instructions before taking the test.

Do you want your test to be recognised by the authorities when you pass?
If so, go to “Continuing Education” / "To the test” and follow the instructions in the “Test” module. A confirmation of having taken the course will be sent to you as soon as we receive your participation fee of Fr. 100.- (Fr. 50.- for students) or Fr 50.- if you only take the “Legal “ test.

If you have any questions, please click on “Contact“.
Sincerely,

Peter Maier
3R Research Foundation
